¿ ⓒNOABC
The NOABC code works because of the 'ABC' code in the English language – this is purposeful code that has been installed into the {specifically} English language – it functions like the 'NATO' phonetic code -
NO =
{N} NOT / no {O} On / over
and is universal for 'not consent' this is how 'ABC' functions so there is a lot of usage for the word 'no' thus it is a powerful code delineator.
'ABC' IS the name of the code and the first three letter A B C – explain the code so this is also a good {and partially known} code – thus NOABC is a good code to not consent to the code 'ABC' in English.
